Holistic wellness coach Sara McGlothlin offers a mind-body-spirit approach dedicated to helping you tap into more mindfulness, both on your plate, and in your daily life.


Sara McGlothlin is a Richmond-based holistic nutrition and wellness coach who understands that when it comes to health, there is no “one-size-fits-all.” Sara uses a holistic, informative and supportive approach to help guide clients to achieve their goals and make sustainable changes.
