Creating Lifestyle Balance Through Yoga & Mindfulness

In this workshop, we will present ways to use yoga and mindfulness to enhance the four core components of the Rebelle Con conference, Wellness, Money, Community, & Creativity. We plan to spend about 20 minutes on each component utilizing both didactic and experiential techniques.
We will open with a brief mindfulness practice followed by general introduction about mindfulness and yoga while citing research supporting the benefits. We will then teach how mindfulness and yoga can help women cultivate growth in each of the four components.
