In 2016 her blog, My Fab Finance, was named the "best personal finance blog for women" by the Plutus Foundation. Tonya was also recognized as one of the most influential women in personal finance on Twitter. Not your average financial educator, Tonya uses her own story and experiences to empower women and girls of all ages with tools to change their lives. Claire Wasserman is the founder of Ladies Get Paid, a career development organization that helps women advocate for themselves at work. Through in-person events and online community, women support each other by sharing advice, resources, job opportunities, and more. Claire is currently touring the country, hosting town halls for thousands of women to talk about work and self-worth. Since their launch in Summer 2016, LGP has grown to 8,000+ members from all 50 states and more than 50 countries.

Previously, she was the Director of Marketing at Working Not Working, a curated network of creative professionals.

Pineapple is a collaborative community for women and food. It's a collection of experiences, conversations, events and shared meals that foster inspiration for women in the food industry and women interested in food. Pineapple sets out to celebrate leaders they pine for, and gives them a platform to share their story and connect with others. They provide a space for women to collaborate with, learn from, and support one another in all of their endeavors. Ultimately, they're striving to make women shine, and create a national circuit of women-supporting-women in the food world and beyond.

Jay Ell Alexander is a public relations professional with a genuine commitment to giving back to the community through her passion for communications, health and fitness.

Alexander wears many hats in her day to day profession. She is the owner of The Vaughn Strategy Communications and Public Relations, providing small businesses with strategic pr and communications consultation. Additionally, she serves as the National Manager & Public Relations Director for the national running organization, Black Girls RUN!, managing the local mobilization of communities and the running groups and overseeing the communications and marketing for the national brand. She was one of the founding Ambassadors of the Black Girls RUN! Richmond local group in 2012.

In 2015, Alexander received the Public Relations Society of America Richmond Chapter Rising Star Award for her stellar public relations track record and contributions to the industry. In 2017, she was was honored with the IPower Richmond’s Top 30 Under 30 designation for her leadership and commitment to the city of Richmond.

The Christian Siriano collection is shown each season at New York Fashion Week, and presented in New York and Paris to retailers. Known for whimsical and show-stopping design – from fantasy evening gowns and cocktail dresses to tailored sportswear, intricately detailed shoes and accessories – the collection can be found at department stores and specialty boutiques around the globe. In 2012, the first flagship Christian Siriano store opened in New York City, and in 2013 he was inducted as a member of the Council of Fashion Designers of America (CFDA).

Dubbed "the new king of old-school glamour" by Elle and "the next billion-dollar designer" by Yahoo! Style, his designs have appeared on the world's biggest stars and most prestigious red carpets. Kelli Lemon is a "Social Entrepreneur/Consultant" that is passionate about changing how people "LIVE" Richmond, Virginia. Formerly the Business Manager of Mama J's restaurant, Kelli is now working for herself (Like The Fruit, LLC) to socially connect people through food, sports, arts and education. She is an on air personality for Radio One Richmond's Kiss FM and iPower and hosts a weekly podcast called "Coffee with Strangers". Kelli hosts various social events including The Richmond Jazz Festival, After Hours at The Virginia Museum of Fine Arts, Family Day at Lewis Ginter Botanical Gardens and Dinner En Blanc Richmond. She's also assisted in creating unique urban events in RVA including RVA Pop Up Parties, Hip Hop BINGO, Ready 2 Give Charity Events, Dinner and a DJ, HeART & Soul Brew Fest, Richmond Black Restaurant Week and The Art of Noise. Kelli got her Bachelor of Science degree from UVA and Master's in Education from VCU.
